Privacy Policy

This Policy covers the TriadTrue website (triadtrue.io), the waitlist, and The Mirror, the self-reflection questionnaire that asks you a series of questions and returns a personality / “configuration” profile based on your answers. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using these services you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us, nothing else. We use it to tell you when the character engine opens and about the launch (including the Kickstarter). Every message includes a way to be removed, and you can request deletion at any time.
• Your responses. The answers you give to the Mirror questionnaire, which may include sensitive information about your personality, emotions, relationships, and wellbeing.
• Your results. The profile and scores computed from your answers, and any session identifier.
• Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation and the plan purchased) and do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical & usage data. IP address, device and browser information, and log/usage data, collected automatically to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies / local storage. We use browser storage to remember preferences (like your theme) and, in the Mirror, to keep your result code on your device.

How we use your information

To provide and maintain the services, generate the outputs you request, secure the services against abuse, communicate with you, comply with law, and improve the services. We do not sell your personal information.

How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, including: Anthropic (AI processing of prompts/inputs you submit), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and our hosting providers (Railway and/or Netlify; waitlist submissions are stored by Netlify's form service). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures (including encrypted transport and access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at contact@triadtrue.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you access our services from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
