These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TriadTrue website and services, including The Mirror, provided by TriadTrue LLC. By accessing or using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the services.
The TriadTrue website presents our tools and hosts a waitlist. The Mirror is a self-reflection questionnaire that asks you a series of questions and returns a personality / “configuration” profile based on your answers.
You are responsible for activity under your account and access keys, for keeping your credentials secure, and for complying with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the services: no unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity; no attempts to breach security, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent access controls or rate limits; and no use that violates the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant TriadTrue LLC a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate and provide the services to you. TriadTrue LLC retains all rights in the TriadTrue software, models, designs, and underlying methods; all rights reserved. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated here.
The Mirror is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a medical, clinical, diagnostic, or psychological-treatment tool, and its results are not a diagnosis or professional assessment. Do not rely on it for health or mental-health decisions; consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Some features may require payment. Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price shown when you purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable, and subscriptions renew until cancelled.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriadTrue LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold TriadTrue LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the services.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the services. You may stop using them at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
